Where should I send it?

We deliver throughout North America and Europe. For certain regions, we offer next day delivery service for an additional fee. We also deliver to Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days during regular times of the year. In the months of December and June, delivery times may be longer. Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee on orders over $100.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, let us know and we will locate it for you. If the order cannot be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Returns

Which parts can be returned?

Parts can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The pieces must be in their original condition and must not have been washed or used. If a part arrives faulty, please let us know immediately and we will refund the full cost of the part.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, attach the label you returned to the original packaging, and send it to us.

I received a piece as a gift, can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt to be returned. They will be treated as a regular return and you will receive a gift card at the current sales price. Please note that gifts must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
